Buyberry operates an e-commerce platform for buying, selling, reselling, importing, exporting and distributing goods, and also provides an online marketplace where third-party sellers, manufacturers and vendors may list their products. For marketplace listings, the contract of sale is between you and that seller, and Buyberry facilitates the transaction and earns a commission.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity carried out using your contact details.

Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided as accurately as possible, but minor variation in colour, packaging or measurement may occur. All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors, change prices, or withdraw a product at any time before the order is accepted.

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order in cases of stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, an unserviceable address, suspected fraud, or breach of these terms. Any amount already paid for a cancelled order is refunded in full.

We accept UPI, cards, net banking and cash on delivery where available. Online payments are processed by third-party payment gateways; we do not store your full card details. Cash-on-delivery orders may require phone verification.

Sellers on the marketplace warrant that their listings are lawful, accurate, not counterfeit or restricted, and comply with all applicable packaging, labelling and taxation requirements. Buyberry may suspend or remove any listing or seller account that breaches these obligations.

You may not use the platform to commit fraud, resell using automated bulk-buying tools, scrape data, upload malicious code, infringe intellectual property, or interfere with the operation of the platform.

The Buyberry name, logo, page designs and content are owned by Buyberry Private Limited or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Buyberry's total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hazaribag, Jharkhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
