Cancellation Policy

You may cancel free of charge any time before dispatch by calling +91 96085 26906 or emailing buyberry26@gmail.com with your order ID. Prepaid amounts are refunded in full within 3 working days of cancellation.

Once a parcel has left our warehouse it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or raise a return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy; in that case actual shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

• The product is out of stock or discontinued
• An obvious pricing or listing error is detected
• The delivery address is outside our serviceable network
• Payment verification fails, or fraud or abuse is suspected
• Cash-on-delivery orders that cannot be verified by phone

Where we cancel an order, the entire amount paid — including shipping — is refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, with no deduction.

If a multi-item order is partially unavailable, we ship what is available and refund the cancelled portion. Free-shipping eligibility is recalculated in your favour.
