Return & Refund Policy

Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all tags, accessories, freebies and invoice intact.

• Perishable and opened food products, honey, oils and dry fruits
• Innerwear, personal-care and hygiene products
• Made-to-order, customised or clearance items marked non-returnable
• Products damaged by misuse, or with missing serial numbers or original packaging

Email buyberry26@gmail.com or call +91 96085 26906 with your order ID, the reason for return, and photographs where the item is damaged or incorrect. We confirm the request and arrange a reverse pickup where the PIN code is serviceable; otherwise we share a self-ship address and reimburse reasonable courier charges.

Report these within 48 hours of delivery. Verified cases receive a free replacement or a full refund including shipping charges, at your choice, subject to stock.

After the returned product reaches us and clears inspection, the refund is initiated within 3 working days. It reflects in the original payment method in 5–7 working days. Cash-on-delivery refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI to details you provide.

Where a return is due to change of mind, actual forward and reverse shipping costs may be deducted from the refund. Shipping charges are never deducted where the fault is ours.

For products sold by third-party sellers, returns follow this policy unless the listing states different seller terms. Buyberry coordinates the resolution in either case.
